These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and 24bdba (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the website accessible at 24bdba.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and tools made available through that domain (collectively, the "Service").

1.5 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify 24bdba support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 24bdba accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

24bdba currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 2.2 Deposit Limits

2.5 Currency

All transactions on the 24bdba platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If your payment provider processes the transaction in a different currency, conversion rates and fees applied by your provider are entirely outside 24bdba's control and responsibility.

3.1 General Bonus Conditions

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this Agreement and the terms specific to a particular promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; any unmet bonus balance will expire automatically at the end of that period.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

24bdba actively monitors bonus activity for abuse patterns including, but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free return, systematic low-risk betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once. Where abuse is detected, 24bdba reserves the right to void all associated winnings, close the account, and retain any deposit-matched funds.

3.4 Promotional Eligibility

4.2 Manifest Errors

In the event that a game result, betting odd, or payout figure is displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error, 24bdba reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the staked amount to the player's account balance. 24bdba is under no obligation to honour bets settled at an erroneous price that a reasonable person would recognise as a clear mistake.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

5.1 Player Commitment

5.2 Self-Exclusion & Limit Tools

This licence does not permit: reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of any platform content; framing or mirroring of any part of the platform on any other website; or extraction of data from the platform for commercial purposes.

6.3 User Content

By submitting any content to 24bdba — including chat messages, feedback, or support correspondence — you grant 24bdba a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such content for the purposes of improving the platform and resolving disputes. You retain all other ownership rights in your submitted content.

7.1 Service Availability

24bdba strives to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control. 24bdba does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and shall not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

7.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 24bdba and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if 24bdba has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.3 Force Majeure

24bdba shall not be in breach of this Agreement and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, telecommunications infrastructure failures, or widespread internet outages.

8.1 Termination by 24bdba

24bdba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, AML concerns, provision of false registration information, underage gambling, or conduct detrimental to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

8.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting 24bdba support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal procedures. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

8.3 Survival of Terms

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any outstanding financial obligations shall survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement and shall continue to bind both parties.

9.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 24bdba Service, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. 24bdba will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. 9.2 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law in the relevant territory.

9.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 24bdba with respect to your use of the Service and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
